 FAQ Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you seebefore confirming your order.
Q: Are your tags U.S. miltary issue? A: Yes. Our tags are purchased from a U.S. manuafacturer and supplier to the U.S. Military. All of our dog tag sets are personalized on the same machines that are deployed with the U.S. Military. Don't settle for anything less! Many of our customers are active in the Armed Forces.
Q: How do I personalize my dog tag order? A: To personalize your order, please shop and fill up your cart with the dog tag sets and accessories you would like to purchase. When you are ready to checkout and after your billing information is submitted, you will be prompted to personalize all your dog tag sets in your shopping cart. You will have a chance to confirm your order before anything is sent to us. Q: When will I receive my order? A: Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Bulk personalized orders will take a little longer. As a general guide, your order will usually arrive within 3-10 business days. For faster delivery times, please choose 2nd Day or Priority Mail. Q: Can I pay with a check or money order? A: Yes. Simply shop our website like any regular transaction. When you get to the billing information page, please choose the check/money order option.
